Three miles down the road from Highworth, neighbours Shrivenham made it a local Hellenic League double as a 6-2 win over Adderbury clinched the Division One West crown.
Sweeper Steve Thomas secured the silverware before half-time with a hat-trick all three of his goals coming from set plays.
Alex Green follow suit with a treble in the second period.
Manager Alan Dyton, pictured, already has one eye on a campaign in the top flight.
He said: "This was a tremendous performance from a good squad of players as we had to win 14 out of 15 games to win the title.
"This achievement has come from a very honest set of players and the whole squad has played its part.
"I know that this is where the hard work starts in terms of Premier Division football but I have been there and understand what is needed.
"For the time being we will just enjoy what we have earned before beginning our assault on the higher division."
Purton and Malmesbury Vics drew 1-1 at the Red House. The home side bossed the first period and went in ahead thanks to Steve Buckingham's 40th-minute strike.
But Andy Mitchell lobbed Stewart Thompson in the second period to earn the Vics a point.
Cirencester United completed their campaign with a 2-0 loss at Hook Norton.
