The minds of these lowlifes are as empty as the settee in your picture and they need putting away for a very long time and/or fining very heavily.
I would not hesitate to vote for a political party who brought in very tough sentences that had no deals for good behaviour.
Manslaughter in the case of bullying and robbing someone who ultimately dies is murder and should be charged in court as the same. Justice does not exist in Great Britain only excuses for it.
