COLIN Bush fears a ludicrous clash of fixtures could cost his Corsham Town side the Screwfix Premier Division title.
The Corsham boss is furious tomorrow's South West Counties Championship final has been arranged for the same day as his side's final game of the season at Exmouth.
Scott Lye and Jamie Lyons have been selected for Wiltshire tomorrow and Bush is angry he might have to go into his side's most important game of the season without two key players.
A Corsham win tomorrow would leave Bideford needing a point at Brislington on Tuesday to retain the title but Bush believes the Wiltshire FA could destroy his side's dreams.
He said: "Our chairman will be on the phone to them asking for advice about what to do.
"I think it is an absolutely crazy situation that the Wiltshire game has been arranged now. Saturday was always going to be the last game of the Western League season and I just can't understand why their game has been put on the same day. I think it is absolutely ludicrous.
"What is more important? These Wiltshire games are representative games. They are good to play in but not to the detriment of club football.
"Scott is a major player for us while Jamie has come on in leaps and bounds in the last couple of months. It now looks as though I might have to include three youth players in the squad for a match that could win us the championship. It is crazy."
Bush also has a number of injury doubts for tomorrow's trip. Jack Cullis, Nigel Curtis, Toby Colbourne, Alan Griffin, Gary Blackwood, Alan Webb, John Eldred and Dan Beck are all struggling with illness and injury.
