CHANGE is in the air for a supermarket in Warminster as it begins counting down to a major revamp.
Safeway in Weymouth Street will officially open under the Morrisons banner on June 2.
Bosses hope the change will make the store more customer-friendly and easy to use.
New additions include a pie shop, cake shop and the Market Street Express, which offers a range of ready-packed deli foods fresh from the counter, including cheese, olives and quiches.
Other improvements include a revamped caf, wider range of sandwiches and an enhanced bakery.
General manager John Volney said: "Morrisons is renowned for its quality, service and value and every improvement we make to our store goes towards creating a bigger and better shopping experience for the people of Warminster."
Most of the refurbishment will take place out of hours, but the store will close for four days from May 29.
