A FAMILY'S gratitude to the Dorothy House Hospice has led them to organise a disco they hope will raise over £1,500.
Brian Harris, 42, saw the Winsley hospice's work firsthand after his father-in-law died of cancer last year. He and his family were in Trowbridge on Saturday selling tickets and promoting the disco, which takes place at the Riverside pub, Bradford on Avon, on May 28 at 7.30pm.
He said: "We played music and danced with old ladies, and managed to raise about £50 in loose change." Disco tickets, £6, are available from (01225) 869048.
