THE public is being asked to give opinions on designs for new mental health facilities at the Great Western Hospital.
A two-week consultation period when people can make comments on the designs began on Monday and will end at noon on Monday, May 23.
The building will replace facilities at the Victoria Hospital.
Before making the application the project group is seeking feedback on the designs.
Mental health services director Malcolm Sinclair has written to people living near GWH as well as people who have an interest in the area.
The designs, artists' impressions and a plan of the proposed location of the building will be on the internet. A feedback form is also available. The plans will also be on display in the Atrium at the GWH until May 20.
Members of the project team will answer questions and to receive feedback on Wednesday, May 18 from 6pm to 8pm.
To access the designs visit www.awp.nhs.uk or call Denise Collett on 01793 437617.
