MAYOR Peter Stoddart was a guest at a professionals' day held at the new Paramount building in the town centre.
The Paramount building formerly Nationwide's Atrium is being converted into flats and offices.
David Wild, sales director of the Raven Group said: "This scheme has a wealth of potential both from an investment perspective as well as for those looking for a permanent residence.
"Holding a corporate day of this nature helps highlight that attraction to some of Swindon's most prominent figureheads.
"Paramount is a unique development of 200 apartments which draws on the best from urban living while having the varied accommodation and convenience you would expect from homes on the outskirts of the main town.
"It is a scheme which will form a prominent part of Swindon's future and buyers should give consideration."
There are one, two and three-bedroom flats and off-street parking.
