A GANG of robbers pounced on seven victims in a 90-minute crime spree.
Last night detectives confirmed that they had secured statements from six of the alleged victims.
Now they think there could well be more victims after viewing further town centre CCTV footage.
All robberies took place between 8.30pm and 10pm on Sunday.
Detectives believe the robberies are linked.
And Det Sgt Don Stirton has urged other victims to come forward.
He said: "We have spoken to six victims. We know there is a seventh person a cyclist who was robbed but that person has not yet come forward. It's possible that there are more victims and we are asking those people to contact us so we can investigate this crime spree."
DS Stirton said none of the known victims mostly youths needed hospital treatment.
"We also are appealing for any persons who were in the town centre at this time to contact us," he said.
Four people appeared before Swindon Magistrates Court facing robbery allegations yesterday.
One 24-year-old man was due to reappear before magistrates along with a 17-year-old co-defendant this morning after the court granted police a further 24-hours to question them about other incidents.
Two 16-year-olds were ordered to attend court again on May 18.
One was granted bail while the other was remanded in custody.
Anyone who can help officers with their enquiries should call Swindon CID on 01793 528111.
