WESTBURY'S much sought-after second doctor's surgery could be secured through a potential deal with developers.
Developer Persimmon Homes have agreed terms with an unnamed surgery to move into a site at the Leigh Park Local Centre. Contracts have not yet been ironed out but surgery supporters are celebrating the move forward.
Eastleigh surgery in Station Road currently serves the town and campaigners marched in support of another practice last September. They also secured a 2,000 strong petition backing their plans.
