SWINDON is to host to a 10km sponsored walk.
The Kellogg's Corn Flakes Great Walk will take place at Lydiard Country Park on August 12.
Organisers hope up to 2,000 people will take part.
The event will be one of many Great Walks up and down the country by the cereal manufacturer to raise awareness of healthy eating and a balanced lifestyle and raise £1m for charities.
All ages and all walks of life are invited to take part in the 6 miles events and are encouraged to raise sponsorship money for a registered charity, community or accredited school project of their choice.
The events have the backing of celebrities such as Olympic rower Sir Steve Redgrave, fitness expert Rosemary Conley and Tony Blair.
