PERFORMING arts students will be singing and dancing as they take part in the finale of their two years at New College.
The BTEC students will perform A Midsummer Night's Dream as the grand finale of their course.
"A Midsummer Night's Dream boasts singing, dancing, drama, romance and comedy, which encapsulates the experience we've shared," said Kate Thomas, 17, who plays Puck.
The 19-strong cast has been rehearsing the unabridged version of the classic Shakespeare play since September and the youngsters have brought some modern touches to the play.
"It is a pivotal play for us," said Kim Lauf, 18, who plays Titania, Queen of the Fairies.
"It's our graduation show and the culmination of two years of hard work.
"Beyond just the performing, we've all been instrumental in all the hard work behind the scenes from technical production to set design and stage management.
"We've grown up together and it will show in our final play."
A Midsummer Night's Dream will be at New College's Phoenix Theatre on Wednesday, and Thursday.
Tickets cost £3.50, from the box office on 01793 732861.
