COUNCILLOR Peter Stoddart is today starting his last week as Mayor of Swindon.
On Friday Coun Ray Fisher (Con, St Margaret) will take over as mayor at Swindon Council's annual meeting.
Coun Fisher is currently deputy mayor and is finance director at Arkell's Brewery.
