Raw Meet a new mobile skatepark for North Wiltshire and Devizes will soon be hitting the streets.
The facility for young people will be launched in Wootton Bassett on Saturday at Manor House to coincide with the carnival procession though they still haven't found a site for the skatepark in the town when it operates on Thursdays, 5pm to 8pm.
The new facility for skateboarders, in-line bladders and BMX bikers is one of the first in the country.
Raw Meet will operate weekly in Wootton Bassett, Calne, Purton and Devizes.
It was provided through a partnership including the district council, Wiltshire County Council, the Community Safety Partnership and the various town councils.
Raw Meet will be supervised by two adults and youngsters will need to sign up as members to take part.
Membership will be £5 and each visit costs £1.
Raw Meet will be launched in Station Road car park in Devizes 2pm to 5pm on Sunday May 29, and at the village centre of Purton 2.30pm to 5.30pm on Monday May 30, and Saturday June 4 at the White Horse Leisure Centre in Calne, 12pm to 6pm, when young people will be able to sign up.
