A PARTY calling for better school meals, no uniforms and longer playtimes comfortably won the mock election at All Cannings Primary School near Devizes last week.
SNAP took 30 votes compared to its nearest rival, Naughty Teachers, with just 15. Other parties taking part included New Liberal Democrats (14), the Boys' Party (10) and the Irresistibles with eight votes.
One of SNAP's leaders, 11-year-old Larischa Dewet, explained: "The S stands for more sport and better school meals. The N is for no uniform. The A is for afternoons off and the P is for longer playtimes."
