FOR children at Shrivenham Primary School having their class photographs taken was a lot more exciting than usual.
This year they have been snapped in front of a helicopter that landed in a field next to the school after taking aerial photographs.
The school asked Cab Air to take the photographs so that they could have a photographic bird's eye view of their classrooms.
Headteacher Sue Currie, said: "Our last aerial photograph of the school didn't include the new classrooms or dining room and so we thought it would be nice for new photographs to be taken.
"The children were very excited and got to watch the helicopter take off and land.
"It was a real treat for them and made having their photographs taken very exciting."
