MOTORBIKES have been whizzing around the Polo Ground in Marlborough Road dazzling crowds. It's all part of the Motorshow, which has been organised by Andy Hobbs, a professional stunt rider.
The three-day show, which started on Saturday and also incorporates a hot air balloon display and fun day, has been packed.
People have been eager to catch a glimpse of the Over The Top Stunt Team, headed by Mr Hobbs.
Mr Hobbs, 38, has been a stunt motorcycle rider for 25 years.
He has performed stunts on TV shows such as Don't Try This At Home and in films, including Tooth, which starred Richard E Grant.
And he wowed the crowd with spectacular stunts.
He said: "It's been great. I have been performing stunts like jumping over 15 cars at a time and riding through fire."
He wanted to organise an event for Swindon, which is a little out of the ordinary.
He said: "I go to so many shows and I think Swindon was lacking in something, which is why I combined the motorshow with a hot air balloon display, which I think is popular."
He added: "I'm really proud of all the people who took part and of all the people who came along to support us."
Along with motorcycle stunts there were gymnastic displays on horseback, Marshall Art performances by Leigh Charles' martial arts and singing by pupils of the K School of Music.
To make sure everyone was entertained there was also a funfair and trade stalls for people to find out more about the motor industry.
