NATURE for All will be promoting the town's nature reserves in June.
The celebrations are to teach children about the natural environment.
Activities begin on Tuesday from 4pm at Sevenfields Nature Reserve, where children can learn about the creepy crawlies living here. The Concert Bowl in the Town Gardens is transformed into a luxurious ballroom for the Butterfly Ball on Saturday, June 11 at 4pm.
On June 14 the Swindon Ranger Team invites you to Barbury Castle for Design and Amaze to help peg out a giant butterfly maze, 10am to 8pm. Then on Saturday, June 18, the Big Bug Bonanza will encourage people to search for bugs at Coate Water.
At the Dragonfly Daze on Sunday, June 19 from noon, there will be the chance to make your own dragonflies. The celebrations end with Amazing Barbury on Sunday, June 26, from noon at Barbury Castle. People can walk the maze and enjoy butterfly arts and crafts.
