A MOTORIST was arrested after failing a roadside breath test in Lyneham.
It is also alleged that he assaulted a police officer after being stopped in his car.
Police said the 38-year-old from Gloucester gave a positive breath test at Lyneham Banks.
He was charged with failing to provide a second specimen for testing, and assaulting a police officer with intent to resist arrest.
He is due to appear at Chippenham Magistrates Court on June 9.
