Dozens of children visiting Swindon's Outlet Village have been donating to the appeal and then taking a shot at the event organised by sportswear shop Nike.
Yesterday the store managed to raise £50 from the beat-the-goalie challenge between noon to 3pm.
The event is scheduled to run every day until Sunday.
Duty manager at the Nike store, Jo Lane, said: "It's great fun and the staff really enjoy it, and we are delighted how much interest there has been so far.
"We run a scheme every half-term to raise money for Macmillan and this time we decided to run a beat-the-goalie competition.
"Those who have a go donate money to Macmillan, and if they score a goal against one of our members of staff, then they have the opportunity to get discounts and offers in the store."
