One hundred people joined Blackland Leisure Health and Fitness Club's multi terrain event and it was so successful, a similar challenge is planned for November.
Club member Loretta Johnstone won a cup for raising the most sponsorship £200.
The Calne club is already appealing for individuals and clubs to enter the next run on November 27.
Tracey Edwards, fundraising co-ordinator for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance Appeal, said: "We are very grateful indeed."
The funds raised will help towards the running costs of the air ambulance over £350,000 a year.
