GAZETTE & HERALD: FORMER EastEnder Tamzin Outhwaite could be spotted around Chippenham in the next few weeks as she films for a new two-part drama.
Walk Away and I Stumble, billed as a love triangle with a twist, is being filmed around the town in June and July.
Ms Outhwaite, 34, who played Melanie in the soap, is to star as one point of the love triangle opposite At Home With The Braithwaites' Julie Graham.
The Long Firm gangster Mark Strong and Bafta award nominee Aidan Gillan, of Queer As Folk, are also appearing.
The drama was written by Wiltshire author Matthew Graham, who also penned Hustle, Spooks and episodes of EastEnders.
A spokesman for Granada Drama said: "This is the main reason we are filming in that area. It's very close to the author's heart.
"The story features the Avebury stones and other recognisable Wiltshire landmarks."
Filming, which starts in the next 14 days, is expected to last for six weeks and the whole crew has moved to the area for the duration.
The programme is due to be aired on ITV1 later this year.
The production company behind the serial is now appealing for local people to star as extras. Anyone interested is asked to send a recent photo and their details to Production Office, Avon House, Langley Park, Langley Road, Chippenham.
