JOBHUNTERS in Melksham looking for career ideas are being offered a helping hand with the launch of a new service.
Your Melksham Online will give companies the opportunity to hold a two-hour workshop as part of Right to Track.
Right to Track is a charity organisation that encourages people to aim higher in their employment ambitions.
The workshops, which will be run through Wiltshire College, will explain what kind of work the companies do and give unemployed people the chance to have a go at trades, ranging from bricklaying to flower arranging.
The aim of the project is to make business more productive and get people enrolled on college courses or back into work.
Spokesman Mike Edwards said: "Although unemployment is not particularly high around this area, there are many people who are not happy in the jobs that they are doing."
The scheme has already proved to be a huge success in Frome, where father company Your Frome Online has been responsible for placing 32 students on new courses as a result of the workshops.
