Firefighters from across Wiltshire and Swindon will be taking part in this year’s Emergency Services Show, at Hullavington Airfield on September 13.
The event, which is in its fifth year, is organised by a voluntary committee drawn from Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service, Wiltshire Police and the Great Western Ambulance Service.
All profits are ploughed into charities that have links with the emergency services, and thousands of pounds have been donated since the show began.
During this year’s show, which will be open from 10am to 4pm, visitors will be able to see a wide range of fire and rescue vehicles.
A busy programme of events in the showground’s two arenas will include a demonstration of how the emergency services deal with a road traffic collision.
