Young ‘detectives’ who won the annual Spot the Oddity contest in Corsham collected goody bags at Automattic Comics on Tuesday.
Children from three age groups were presented with goody bags from Automattic Comics, Somerfield and the Martingate Centre. With them were members of Corsham Chamber of Commerce, who organised the competition.
The prize winners were Adam Hawkins from the under sevens group, Charlotte Martin from the seven-to-11 group and John Gray of the 12 and over group. They had to find the odd objects in shop windows.
The competition, which ran in July and August, featured four oddities.
They were a yellow traffic warning lamp, a cereal box, a Christmas cracker and a Panda soft toy.
The chamber of commerce sent 1,800 entry forms, sponsored and printed by Corsham Print, to all primary schools in the area.
