I can’t believe Wiltshire Council is making good use of our council tax to hire a top barrister in its inquiry into a chemical store belonging to farmer Tim Carson.
Is £4,000 really the complete total for such a top barrister?
Why did this case justify one of the top ten barristers in the country? We are hardly talking about crime of the century here.
Is there some sort of vendetta against the farmer as the case looks somewhat spurious and the response from the council looks disproportionate?
