Keen charity supporter Pauline Brigden is looking for people in the Colerne and Corsham area to help celebrate the 75th birthday of Brooke charity by hosting a party.

Mrs Brigden, runs the Wiltshire branch of Brooke charity based at Sarum House, Thickwood, near Colerne, which raises money to help the lives of working horses, donkeys and mules in developing countries.

She said: “I run a local supporter group in Wiltshire, and know what a difference this charity makes to the lives of working horses, donkeys and mules in developing countries and the people who depend on them for a living.

“The charity is encouraging people to celebrate the 75th anniversary by organising a GG party such as a Glitz and Glamour party or even a gin and games, gangster and gowns or guys and gals party.”

The money made from a party would help the lives of both the working animals and those who use them to make a living.

To arrange a party log on to www.GGparty.org or call 020 7653 5812 for information.

Party organisers will also receive a fantastic party pack and have access to an exclusive website area where you can create your own fundraising page.
