Rock singer Pete Doherty is to appear in court to face drink-driving charges after being stopped in Gloucester.
The 30-year-old ex-Libertines frontman was stopped last month after officers spotted a car allegedly being driven erratically.
Kate Moss's former lover, who lives in a country house in Marlborough, previously entered not guilty pleas to charges of dangerous driving and drink-driving.
But he admitted two drug possession charges as well as having no licence or insurance.
Doherty will appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court for a committal hearing.
