Two TV soap actors dropped in on drama students at Pewsey Vale School on Thursday to talk about their work and give tips on how the teenagers could build their careers.
Aimee-Ffion Edwards from the BBC Skins series and Jessica Bardon who has appeared in ITV’s long running Coronation Street spent the afternoon with students and told them about their latest roles in Jerusalem, a new play that is set in the Pewsey area and opens next month at the Royal Court Theatre in London.
The Royal Court got in touch with the school when it saw Pewsey Vale’s arts specialisation and asked if the actors could meet the drama students.
In return the students will be attending the preview show of Jerusalem and will meet the cast.
