The Oxfam Bookshop in Marlborough will be joining the charity’s nationwide two-week Bookfest.
Events in the High Street shop include a Fairtrade food tasting on July 4; a talk on Oxfam’s work in Africa on July 6 at 7.30pm; Read and Relax sessions on July 8 from 2pm to 4pm with therapists from the Wellbeing Clinic; a crime writing and coffee evening on July 9 at 7.30pm; a lantern walk on July 14 with storyteller Roger Day at 8.30pm; a literary walk on July 16 at 7.30pm; a teddybears’ picnic and puppet show on July 18 at 7.30pm in the Scout Hall; and a literary quiz at the Roebuck Inn on July 19 at 7.30pm.
