A man in his 60s died after collapsing at Wiltshire Golf and Country Club.
The incident happened shortly before 2pm last Monday when the man arrived at the course in Wootton Bassett with a group from a society in Somerset.
They had just begun the course when the man, who is believed to have suffered from a history of illnesses, collapsed.
Jennifer Shah, who owns the club praised the work of Wiltshire Air Ambulance, who she said arrived promptly before taking the man to Swindon’s Great Western Hospital, where he later died.
