I've been referred to RUH about my choppers. Bit of a problem under a crown, since you ask. One option is to peel back the gum and drill straight into the root. Nice.
Anyway, I got a letter from the hospital asking me to ring to book an appointment. It's all in capital letters so it looks like they're SHOUTING AT ME! Apart from that, the letter's fine and dandy, telling me what I need to do, how and by when. Well, all apart from one sentence, which I don't feel should be shouted:
Please be aware that you may be offered an appointment at a Community Hospital near to your home.
Well, there was one a couple of hundred yards away. The PCT has put paid to that.
Which brings me to the question that we need to be asking. Where's the Primary Care Centre that they promised us?
