A BBC TV series is filming at a Wiltshire auction house today.

Camera crews are coming to RWB Auctions on Royal Wootton Bassett's High Street.

Visitors can pop by from 10am, grab a coffee from Quercus Bistro, and soak up the atmosphere.

A spokesperson said: "Big news for Royal Wootton Bassett. the BBC's Antiques Road Trip will be filming right here at our saleroom and we want to see as many familiar faces as possible.

"Four experts will be with us throughout the day. You'll be watching the filming happen live, come face to face with the experts, and yes - you might even end up on TV yourself.

"There's no ticket needed. Just come along and be part of something a little bit special for our town.

"And if that wasn't enough reason to come down, tomorrow is also a bittersweet milestone for us.

"Our Trainee Auctioneer Will is taking to the rostrum for the last time before he heads off to Sandhurst to begin his officer training.

"We couldn't be more proud of him, and we'd love for the saleroom to be packed out to give him a proper send-off.

"Come and cheer him on."
