A Trowbridge man is to stand trial in Wiltshire after being charged with having sex with a horse.
Damion Ogeare, of Woolpack Meadows in Trowbridge, has been charged in relation to the animal sex believed to have taken place on January 24, 2024.
On Friday, November 30, magistrate's in Salisbury heard how Damion had allegedly trespassed on Maylands Farm on Whaddon Lane in Hilperton, Trowbridge, and then had sex with a female horse.
The 43-year-old denied both charges, and is now set to reappear in Salisbury Crown Court on January 8, 2025 for trial preparation to take place.
Ogeare has been released on conditional bail with the condition that he doesn't enter Whaddon Lane in Wiltshire.
