A total of 73 speeders were caught in under two hours by police who lay in wait in a village, with some facing an immediate fine.
The speed check was carried out between 8.15 and 10am on November 22 on Church Street in West Lavington.
The road is a 30mph section of the A360 which runs north-to-south between Devizes and Salisbury.
The fastest car was clocked at 36mph.
Police say 66 drivers will be offered a speed awareness course while three will get an instant £100 fine and three points.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Wiltshire Police added: “Proceedings will now be undertaken to ensure the most appropriate outcome for the offenders takes place, which includes checking for MOT, insurance and point totters.
“Captured footage will be analysed for other offences like seat belts and mobile phone use.
“Please remember that speeding is one of the fatal five.”
