The owner of a sprawling former country house estate is seeking occupants for the site’s mansion house after a refurbishment.
Hartham Park, near Corsham, was sold to an investor in January after being marketed as available for offers in the region of £8,000,000.
This sale included the Grade II listed Georgian mansion house and 20 hectares of surrounding grounds.
While the property was previously used as a private family estate that hosted Winston Churchill, it has been employed as serviced office accommodation across 70 individual units for some time.
The latest owner announced they planned to continue this use and several units have been on the market this year.

Now The Florence, a furnished four-desk office within the mansion, has been added to the market for £1,199 a month following a renovation.
A spokesperson for the estate said: “We are proud to offer 'The Florence'.
“This four-desk, fully-serviced office is located in the desirable mansion house on the Hartham Park Estate.
The Florence has been tastefully and sympathetically refurbished to a very high standard and is available now.
“Please get in touch to discuss the Hartham Accelerator Programme, whereby we are offering small and medium sized businesses preferential rates to help bolster their growth and development.”
