A town centre road is expected to remain closed with a takeaway still on fire 14 hours after catching alight.
Crews from Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service have been battling a blaze at The Kebab and Pizza House on Northgate Street, in Devizes, since around 3am on Tuesday, November 12.
The fire has ripped through the building and neighbours have also been evacuated.
14 hours after the incident started, there were still “pockets of fire” within the property.

The road into the town centre remained closed at the time of writing, and the fire service warned this was likely to remain the case for some time, with firefighters likely to remain on the scene for several hours yet.
A spokesperson added: “Firefighters remain at the scene of this morning's fire in Northgate Street, as there are still pockets of fire within the affected building.
“Work has been carried out this afternoon to make the utilities safe.
“We expect crews to remain on scene for some hours yet. Wiltshire Council has been on site to secure the road closure, which will remain in place until further notice.
