A luxury Wiltshire hotel is preparing for a busy festive season with a range of Christmas-themed events and dining experiences lined up.
Bowood Hotel, Spa, and Golf Resort, located at the centre of the 2,000-acre Bowood Estate, is set for a bustling festive period.
The hotel is fully booked for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day, but still has availability before and during the period between Christmas and New Year's Day.
Matthew Voyle, general manager at Bowood Hotel, Spa, and Golf Resort, said: "We’re thrilled to offer a variety of festive experiences this season.
"Our team has created a line-up designed to bring people together.
"Whether it’s for a family gathering, a night of festive nostalgia, or an interactive mystery, we’re adding extra touches to continue to make Bowood a truly memorable place to celebrate Christmas."
Throughout November and December, Bowood's Christmas Party Nights will provide an opportunity for colleagues, friends, and family to celebrate the festive season together.
Each event includes a welcome glass of fizz, a three-course festive dinner, and half a bottle of house wine per guest.
The Kerry Suite will host these celebrations, complete with entertainment from Bowood's resident DJ and a photobooth to capture the memories.
Priced from £64 per person, the Kerry Bar opens at 7pm, with dinner served at 8pm.
Bowood also has 'Murder Under the Mistletoe' lined-up - an interactive murder mystery dinner set in 1926 which will invite guests to solve a fictional Christmas crime.
Set to take place on Saturday, November 30, attendees are encouraged to dress in roaring 20s attire and immerse themselves in the storyline.
For those after an evening of nostalgic festive fun, Bowood is hosting an 80s and 90s Christmas Party Night on Thursday, December 19.
Both evenings will include a welcome drink and a three-course festive dinner, with overnight accommodation available on request.
Festive food bookings are still available, allowing people to enjoy a taste of Bowood at Christmas time, such as Festive Afternoon Tea, Festive Family Lunches, and Private Family Dining.
There is also still some availability for non-resident guests to celebrate New Year’s Eve with a black-tie event.
The hotel won the silver ‘Large Hotel of the Year’ award at the VisitEngland Awards 2023 and has an award-winning spa and PGA Championship Golf Course.
