A popular Trowbridge café has come onto the commercial market to let in a street that has recently been improved.
The premises of the La Bella Vita café at 60 Castle Street have become available after the business owners decided to retire.
They will continue to trade as an Italian daytime cafe until a new tenant is found.
Kez Garner, chair of Trowbridge Chamber of Commerce, said: “The owners wish to retire once someone is found to take over the lease so will remain open.
“In the meantime, the Chamber offered to assist by publishing that the premises are available to let.
“Please email us if you’re seeking space to open a shop, office, bar or restaurant.”
The premises have an outdoor seating area in addition to the inside dining area.
Castle Street is one of the areas of Trowbridge town centre that benefited from road and pavement improvements using the government’s Future High Street Fund.
The La Bella Vita has a 4.5 rating on TripAdvisor for food, service, value and atmosphere.
The Wiltshire Times has attempted to contact the La Bella Vita business owners for a comment.
