An empty High Street restaurant remains on the market for over £1 million after housing plans were approved for the building last year.
Prezzo shut the doors of its branch on Marlborough High Street in 2021 and the restaurant has since remained empty.
Earlier this year, the site was listed as available to buy “immediately” for a price of £1,250,000.
But six months on, the town centre unit remains on the market for the same price.
Estate agent Graham and Sibbald says the High Street building could be used as a “cafe, retail, or restaurant space on the ground floor.”

The listing added the space could be “suitable for a bar” subject to planning permission.
Planning permission was also granted in 2023 for the creation of three self-contained residential dwellings to the rear of the building and on the first floor.
This scheme allowed homes to be added at the ancillary accommodation behind the restaurant, which was retained, and on the first floor above it.
In total, the development includes a three-bedroom cottage with a courtyard garden off Chantry Lane, two self-contained apartments on the first floor, and a 2,100sq foot ground floor commercial unit.
The property is described as being on a “prime retail patch” located in an “affluent independent retail community.”
