A man has been charged following an accident that killed a Salisbury man.
Shortly after 12.30pm on Wednesday, February 21, police received reports of a serious multi-vehicle crash at junction five of the M27.
The accident involved a Mercedes lorry, Nissan Juke and Volkswagen Polo.
The driver of the lorry, 36-year-old Michal Kaminski from Salisbury, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Michal had been delivering flooring in Fareham for Salisbury-based company Salesmark West Ltd on the morning the crash happened.
Ross Alex Neiland, 38, from Littlehampton, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death while uninsured, causing death while unfit through drink or drugs, and driving without a licence.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Southampton Crown Court on November 1, 2024.
Kerry Ann Pearce, 40, of Beach Road in Littlehampton, was charged with failing to provide a specimen and appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court on October 7, 2024. She pleaded guilty and was handed a 12 month disqualification and £30 fine.
