Wiltshire Police are appealing for the public’s help to identify a dog owner after a man was reportedly bitten on the hand by a dog.
The incident happened at Jubilee Lakes in Royal Wootton Bassett on Sunday, August 18 between 10:30am and 10:40am.
Officers received reports that a man had lost control of his dog which attacked the victim’s dog, before biting the victim on the hand, which later became infected.
They have now released images of the dog owner they wish to speak to and are hoping a member of the public will recognise the individual.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “It has been reported that an unknown male has lost control of his dog which has attacked the victim's dog and bitten the victim on the hand which has become infected.
"We appreciate the images are taken from some distance away but hope someone might be able to recognise the pair.
