A Swindon man has been charged with attempted murder after an alleged stabbing at a residential home.
Police say a man in his 20s was stabbed at a property in the town during the early hours of Saturday, October 5.
He was taken to hospital after suffering injuries that are not believed to be life threatening and received treatment.
A man in his 30s was arrested and has since been charged with attempted murder.
Police have not named the suspect, a measure they say is due to “safety concerns.”
He remains in police custody and is due to appear at magistrates court on Monday, October 7.
Officers emphasised that there was no further risk posed to the general public following this incident.
