Police have been waiting for speeding drivers on a major A-road through Wiltshire.
Officers from the Corsham Neighbourhood team have been cracking down on motoring offences in the area by carrying out speed checks at multiple locations.
This included the A4 High Street in Box, where no drivers were clocked breaking the 30mph speed limit.
Four drivers were issued tickets on Park Lane in Corsham, however, just off the A4.
These offenders were caught travelling at speeds of between 38mph and 42mph in the 30mph area.

Another four drivers on Park Lane were given words of advice, including one who was driving a vehicle with a faulty headlight.
At Leafield Way in Neston, three drivers were issued tickets for speeding.
These offenders were allegedly clocked at between 28mph and 32mph on the 20mph route.
A further three motorists were given words of advice for their speed.
Wiltshire Police has previously committed itself to tackling excess speed on the county’s roads.
This is part of the force’s operations to stamp out the “fatal five” offences, which also includes drink and drug driving, using a phone whilst driving, not wearing a seatbelt, and careless and dangerous driving.
