A driver has been arrested and a motorcyclist is fighting for his life after a serious crash on a Wiltshire A-road.
Police were called to the A360 at Church Street, in West Lavington, at around 10.30pm on Sunday, September 22, following an incident involving a car and a motorbike.
The motorbike rider, a man in his 20s, was rushed to Southmead Hospital in Bristol with life threatening injuries.
A 21-year-old man, who police believe was the driver of the car, was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, and drug driving.

As part of the police investigation, officers are carrying out inspections of the scene and the road remains closed at the time of writing.
This closure has shut off a significant stretch of the major A-road, between West Lavington and Gore Cross.
Anybody who witnessed what happened has been urged to come forward.
A spokesperson for the force added: “The road remains closed at the B3098 junction of West Lavington and A360 Gore Cross while investigators carry out enquiries at the scene.
“Anyone with information should call 101 and quote log number 330 of September 22.”
