Roadworks that are causing long queues on one of the main roads through a Wiltshire town are set to continue.
Temporary traffic lights were first installed on the A4 Rowden Hill in Chippenham on the morning of Monday, September 16.
The traffic management is in place while Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks carry out works in the area.
Utilities repairs and maintenance works are ongoing although the exact reason for this project has not been specified.

The roadworks are in place near the Rowden Arms pub and have caused delays on the busy route each day so far.
On the afternoon of Wednesday, September 18, drivers reported frustrated motorists giving up and turning around to seek alternative routes due to long queues.
Traffic maps indicated congestion in both directions on the A4 as traffic waited to pass through the lights.
The work is scheduled to continue until 4pm on Friday, September 20, and residents have been warned to expect delays until then.
Next month the A4 will close nearby for one night while urgent resurfacing works are carried out on the carriageway.
