A cyclist has been rushed to hospital with life threatening injuries after a serious crash on a main road through Wiltshire.
Police were called to the A4 at West Kennet shortly after 5pm on Wednesday, September 11, after a cyclist and a motorcyclist collided.
The two vehicles are both believed to have been travelling eastbound towards Marlborough at the time of the incident.
Police say the cyclist, a man in his 60s, was taken to hospital with potentially life threatening injuries.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was also taken to hospital but his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

It is understood that the road was closed for some time on Wednesday evening while emergency services responded to the incident, but traffic maps indicated it had reopened by 7am this morning.
Police have launched an investigation into the crash and officers are urging any witnesses to come forward.
