A Wiltshire school has been targeted by vandalism during an alleged incident of criminal damage.
At around 1.15pm on August 20, the gates of Somerford's Walter Powell Church of England Primary School on Wilkins Lane, Chippenham, were reportedly damaged.
The gates, which separate the school from a nearby park, were allegedly targeted by a teenage boy.
This suspect is described as white with light brown hair that is longer on top, is of a slim build, and is believed to be aged between 14 and 16-years-old.

He was also described as wearing a black t-shirt with the Paris Olympics logo on and dark tracksuit bottoms.
The boy is believed to have been accompanied by a white female wearing a skirt and top.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident and are urging any witnesses to come forward.
A spokesperson for the force said: “We are appealing for witnesses following criminal damage to a school gate in Great Somerford.
