A pensioner was taken to hospital with a head injury following an incident at a Wiltshire junction labelled a crash blackspot.
Emergency services were called to Black Dog Crossroads at around 9am on Thursday, August 29, after two vehicles were involved in a collision.
The junction with the A360 between Worton and Market Lavington has previously been ranked as one of Wiltshire’s most dangerous and is set for a safety overhaul including the installation of traffic lights.
One woman in her 70s was subsequently taken to hospital with a head injury that is believed to be minor.
