Two industrial units under construction as part of a significant commercial development are on the market.
The two units are currently being built at Methuen Court, a site that will also feature a Kellaway builders merchants store in Ashville Court at Methuen Park, Chippenham.
This 1,800sq metre DIY store is much closer to being operational than the two smaller buildings, which cover just under 1,000sq metres combined and may be occupied by separate businesses.
They are expected to be completed in early 2025 and the search for potential occupants has already begun.
The units are on the market and can either be bought or leased.

Both have the potential to house either industrial or trade counter uses and there will also be a yard and parking.
The price of the units is available upon application, but the listing quotes £1.1 million for unit two and £1 million for unit three.
Developers hope Methuen Court will attract two new businesses to a “thriving” part of the town.
The listing said: “Methuen Court is a new development providing two modern business units in this thriving area of Chippenham.
“The new commercial scheme is situated within the well-established Methuen Park area and is bordered by other business units, new residential development, major company HQs as well as food and retail outlets.”
