A truck carrying an 'insecure load' was stopped by officers who referenced an iconic scene from a horror film to explain the issue to the driver.
A truck driver in Corsham, who was transporting a number of poles that were not secured, has been given a warning by police.
Officers from Wiltshire Police's Roads Policing Unit pulled over the vehicle.
They said that the driver, who was also not wearing a seatbelt, did not understand the issue with his cargo and so they had to 'provide an explanation referencing Final Destination'.
The post said: "RPU stopped this in Corsham. The driver not only had no seatbelt securing him but he failed to understand the insecure load.
"After providing an explanation referencing Final Destination, the load was sorted and tickets were issued #noexcuse."
